To Sous Vide or not to Sous Vide Cooking Class
We will explore how to cook using the Sous Vide method of cooking.
So you ask What is sous vide cooking? Sous vide cooking is the process of sealing food in an airtight container—usually a vacuum sealed bag—and then cooking that food in temperature-controlled water. In French, the term translates to “under vacuum,”
What will we be teaching – We want to present three different ways of cooking steak, souse vide with a reverse sear technique, oven roasted with a reverse sear technique and strait up grilling. We will then taste each steak to see the difference in taste and texture. We will also be showing how we make or Wine reduction sauce, Butternut Squash Soup from scratch, and scalloped potatoes with an added twist.
This will be a hands on culinary adventure you will not want to miss.

Included in the class price is dinner for two:
First Course – Butternut Squash Soup,
Main course – Prime Filet or 21 day Dry aged prime Ribeye with seasonal vegetable and scalloped potatoes
3rd Course – Desert.
Also included will be all the recipes from the class and a container of our wine reduction sauce to take home.
