Our first pop up dinner will feature the culinary creations of Chefs Janelle & Jayson of @t Large Chefs. Between the two of them, they have cooked in many of Austin’s finest kitchens, including Jean-Luc’s French Bistro, Starlite and Bess Bistro. Chef Janelle also competed on and won Chopped on the Food Network in 2013.

About the Chefs
Chefs Janelle & Jayson met in 2004 at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School in Austin, Texas. Their love of food brought them together and they married in 2006. Between the two of them, they have cooked in many of Austin’s finest kitchens, including Jean-Luc’s French Bistro, Starlite and Bess Bistro. Chef Janelle also competed on and won Chopped on the Food Network in 2013!
In 2008, the pair decided to form @t Large: chef services to provide a concierge-style, chef driven company that provides restaurant quality food and service in their client’s homes. The chefs spend much of their time cooking for clients in and around Austin and the Texas Hill Country. Chef Jayson often spends a portion of the fall and winter hunting season cooking at private game ranches in south and central Texas. The pair team up for larger scale events such as weddings, corporate events and holiday parties. The chef duo believes in making simple and delicious food that allow the ingredients to speak for themselves.
